Set Take Profit in PIP/ticks NOT PRICE

I apologize if this has been answered however here is my code
Buy NDQ100 Q=0.01
I want to set a TP of 10pips or 10 ticks. I do not want my TP command to have a specific price point.
Buy NDQ100 Q=0.01 TP=10
I’m aware that the TP=10 may vary based on the instrument. I can provide further clarification if required.
